Clause 14

Expenses

(1)

Except as otherwise provided, all expenses incurred in carrying out the purposes of this Act shall be met from the funds of the Authority.

(2)

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act, the Minister may, at any time before the appointed day, do all such acts and incur all such expenses as he may consider necessary in connection with the establishment of the Authority and upon that date all such acts and expenses shall be deemed to have been done and incurred by the Authority.
