Clause 5
Constitution of the Authority
(1)
The Authority shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
not less than 6 nor more than 10 other members as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Authority, its members and proceedings.
