Amendment of section 8
Section 8(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment” and substituting the words “to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both”.
