Clause 2

Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:“(b)sections 4(1)(a) to (d) and 4A(a) and 4A(d) of the Common Gaming Houses Act (Cap. 96);

(ba)sections 3(1)(a) to (e), 5(3)(a) and 6 of the Betting Act (Cap. 95);
