Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Malay or” wherever they appear in subsection (1); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “shall use” in subsection (4), the words “in the course of carrying on insurance business”.
