by deleting the words “Part I of the Fourth Schedule to this Act” in the proviso to subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “regulations prescribed under section 22(1)”; and

by deleting the words “the Commissioner” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “any person appointed by the Authority under section 35”.
