Amendment of section 43
Section 43 of the Insurance Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in subsection (2)(a), the words “or as an offshore policy after the commencement of the Insurance (Amendment) Act 1985”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “policy” in subsection (8), the words “and offshore policy”.
