Clause 6

Section 6A(1)(b) of the Insurance Act is amended by deleting the words “Singapore policies belonging to that class effected before the date of cancellation of registration and subsection (2) of” and substituting the words “insurance policies belonging to that class effected before the date of cancellation of registration and”.
