Clause 37

A competent authority shall cause to be kept and maintained a register of all persons in Singapore and of citizens of Singapore residing overseas who are required to be registered under this Act and any person who is so required to be registered under this Act shall furnish to the competent authority such particulars about himself as is required by this Act.

The register shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as the Minister may require.
