Clause 2
Amendment of Article 130
Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (referred to in this Act as the Constitution) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, at the end of paragraph (a), the word “or”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)been deprived of his citizenship under Article 129(2)(a) or 134(1)(a),”.
