Clause 5
Amendment of Third Schedule
The Third Schedule to the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Schedule” at the end of section 4, the words “and, in particular, may provide for the circumstances (including cases of persons ordinarily resident outside Singapore) under which a committee of inquiry under Article 133 is to proceed by way of written representations”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “twenty-one years” in section 6 and substituting the words “18 years”.
