Clause 39

Appeals

(1)

Any person who is aggrieved by the refusal of the Authority to grant or renew a licence may appeal to the Minister, and any person aggrieved by the revocation of a licence may appeal to the High Court, so long as the appeal is made within 30 days of the Authority’s decision.

(2)

The High Court may confirm the revocation or give such directions in the matter as seen proper or otherwise determine the matter.

(3)

In any appeal under this section, the decision of the Minister or the High Court, as the case may be, shall be final and shall be given effect to by the Authority.
