Clause 12
Transitional and savings provisions
(1)
The transitional and savings provisions contained in the Schedule to this Act shall have effect.
(2)
Except as provided in the Schedule to this Act, nothing in that Schedule shall affect any saving provided by the Interpretation Act (Cap. 3).
