New section 9A

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 9, the following section:“Share value not to be changed9A.—

(1)

Except as provided in section 65, the share value of any lot shown in a strata title plan registered under this Act shall not be altered in any manner on or after the date of registration of the strata title plan.(2) Subsection (1) shall apply to every strata title plan registered under this Act before or after the commencement of the Land Titles (Strata) (Amendment) Act 1986.”.
