Amendment of section 39C

Section 39C(6) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “an appeal to the Minister under subsection (5) of this section has been dismissed” in the fifth, sixth and seventh lines and substituting the words “no appeal under subsection (5) has been made within the time referred to in that subsection or an appeal under that subsection has been dismissed”.
