Clause 33

Section 76 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:“(ba)holding inquiries into the conduct of persons authorised by the Authority to pilot vessels in a pilotage district pursuant to section 74A(2)(a) in the discharge of their duties;”.
