Clause 35

Amendment of section 81

Section 81 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Authority pilot” in subsection (1), the words “or a person authorised by the Authority to pilot vessels pursuant to section 74A(2)(a)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “five hundred dollars” in subsection (3) and substituting “$2,000”.
