Clause 41

Amendment of section 93

Section 93 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (l); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (m) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(n)power failure or mechanical failure of any equipment or apparatus unless caused by the actual fault or privity of the Authority.”.
