Amendment of section 100
Section 100 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (f)(i);
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (f)(ii) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:“(iii)in contravention of any regulation made under this Act thereby endangering the life of any person,”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “one thousand dollars” and substituting “$5,000”.
