Amendment of section 104
Section 104 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “master”, the word “, agent”;
(b)
by deleting the words “of this Act,” and “under this Act”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “one thousand dollars” and substituting the words “$5,000 and shall in addition be liable to pay to the Authority as penalty double the amount of pilotage dues and rates which would have been payable if the vessel had been under pilotage as required under section 74”.
