Repeal and re-enactment of section 120B
Section 120B of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Execution of orders of Port Master120B. All acts, orders or directions by this Act authorised to be done or given by the Port Master may be done or given by an employee of the Authority subject to the control of the Port Master and duly authorised by him.”.
