Repeal and re-enactment of section 36
Section 36 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Appointment of staff36.—
(1)
The Authority may from time to time appoint and employ on such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine such officers and employees as may be necessary for the effective performance of its functions.(2) The Authority may make rules, not inconsistent with this Act, for the manner of appointment, conduct and discipline and the terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Authority.”.
