Clause 11

all persons appointed before the commencement of this Act as members of an Inquiry Committee or a Disciplinary Committee shall continue to act until their appointments have been revoked; and

all investigations, inquiries and proceedings commenced or instituted before the commencement of this Act may be carried on or continued in accordance with the provisions of the principal Act as amended by this Act with such modifications as are necessary or proper in order to bring them into conformity with those provisions.
