Amendment of section 85
Section 85 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “not less than five nor more than nine advocates and solicitors” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “not less than 6 nor more than 15 advocates and solicitors”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Chief Justice” at the end of subsection (1), the words “who shall also appoint one of the members to be the Chairman of the Inquiry Committee”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “and the appointment of a chairman” in subsection (7).
