Director to maintain register
(1)
The Director shall establish and maintain a register in which shall be entered the objection of all persons lodged in accordance with section 9.
(2)
The register referred to in subsection (1) shall not be open to inspection by the public.
(3)
Any person who wilfully destroys, mutilates or makes any unauthorised alteration in the register referred to in subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
