Clause 9

Any person who objects to the removal of any organ from his body after his death for the purpose mentioned in section 5(1) may register his objection with the Director in a prescribed form.

Upon receipt of the written objection of a person under subsection (1), the Director shall issue to that person an acknowledgment in a prescribed form.
