Amendment of section 24

Section 24(1) of the Enlistment Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “paragraph (a) of section 14 of this Act” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “section 14(1)(a)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “paragraph (b) of section 14 of this Act” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 14(1)(b) or section 14(2).”.
