Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Central Provident Fund Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “ “member of the Fund” or “member” ”, the following definition:“ “minimum sum” means the sum referred to in section 12(6);”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “ordinary account”, the following definition:“ “retirement account” means the account referred to in section 12(6);”.
