Establishment of Tribunal
(1)
There shall be established a Tribunal, to be called the Copyright Tribunal, which shall consist of a President and of not less than two nor more than 4 other members appointed by the Minister.
(2)
The President shall possess the qualifications required for a District Judge under section 9(3) of the Subordinate Courts Act (Cap. 14).
(3)
There shall be paid to the members of the Tribunal who are not public officers such remuneration (whether by way of salaries or fees), and such allowances, as the Minister may determine.
(4)
The Minister may appoint such officers and servants of the Tribunal as the Minister may determine.
(5)
The remuneration and allowances of members of the Tribunal, the remuneration of any officers and servants appointed under subsection (4) and such other expenses of the Tribunal as the Minister may determine, shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.
