Clause 169

A member shall have, in the performance of his duty as a member, the same protection and immunity as a judge of the High Court.

A person shall, to appear before the Tribunal as a witness shall have the same protection, and is, in addition to the penalties provided by this Act, be subject to the same liabilities, in any civil or criminal proceedings as a witness in proceedings in the High Court.
