Contempt of Tribunal, etc.
(1)
A person shall not —
insult or disturb a member in the exercise of his powers or functions as a member;
interrupt the proceedings of the Tribunal;
use insulting language towards a member;
create a disturbance or take part in creating or continuing a disturbance in or near a place where the Tribunal is sitting;
contravene or fail to comply with a direction of the Tribunal given under paragraph (b) of section 161(2); or
do any other act or thing that would, if the Tribunal were a court of record, constitute a contempt of that court.
(2)
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
