Regulations

(1)

The Minister may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act prescribing all matters that are required to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

(2)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the regulations made under this Act may provide for the keeping and retention of records and declarations in relation to copies of works made by libraries, archives or institutions and the deposit of such records and declarations with persons appointed by the Minister.
