Clause 201

Section 27(6) shall not apply in relation to a photograph taken before the commencement of this Act but, subject to section 26(2) as affected by section 195, copyright subsisting in such a photograph by virtue of Part III shall continue to subsist until the expiration of 50 years after the expiration of the calendar year in which the photograph was taken.
