Sections 56 and 60 to be disregarded in determining whether an infringement has been committed by the importation of records
For the purpose of any provision of this Act relating to imported articles, in determining whether the making of a record made outside Singapore would have constituted an infringement of copyright if the record had been made in Singapore by the importer, sections 56 and 60 shall be disregarded.
