Ownership of copyright in television broadcasts and sound broadcasts
Subject to Part X —
(a)
the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation is the owner of any copyright subsisting in a television broadcast or sound broadcast made by it; and
(b)
a person who is or has been a holder of a licence for a television station or a broadcasting station is the owner of any copyright subsisting in a television broadcast or sound broadcast, as the case may be, made by that person.
