Amendment of section 66

Section 66 is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) For the purposes of this section, “share warrant” means a certificate, issued by a company under its common seal (if so authorised by its articles), with respect to fully paid up shares or stock of the company that states that the bearer of the warrant is entitled to the shares therein specified and which enables the shares to be transferred by delivery of the warrant.”.
