Amendment of section 184
Section 184 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “days’” in the fifth line of subsection (1), the word “written”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “days’” in the penultimate line of subsection (2), the word “written”.
