Clause 39

by inserting, immediately after the word “balance-sheet” in the second line of subsection (1), the words “and if it is a holding company, consolidated accounts”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “balance-sheets” in the third line of subsection (2), the words “or consolidated accounts”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “company” in the seventh line of subsection (2), the words “and consolidated accounts (if any)”; and

by deleting the word “document” in the fifth line of subsection (3) and substituting the words “accounts or consolidated accounts and all documents referred to in subsection (1) or (2)”.
