Amendment of section 232
Section 232 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of subsection (1)(b) and substituting the word “; or”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after subsection (1)(b), the following paragraph:“(c)in any case on the application of a company in pursuance of a special resolution.”.
