Amendment of section 271
Section 271 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Court” in the third line of subsection (1), the words “or if the liquidator is not the Official Receiver, to the Official Receiver”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “reports” in the second line of subsection (2), the words “to the Court or to the Official Receiver if he is not the liquidator”.
