Clause 6

Amendment of heading of Part IV

The principal Act is amended by deleting the heading of Part IV and substituting the following heading:“FURTHER RIGHTS AND POWERS OF THE CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE MASS RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEM”.
