Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Corporation” in the second line of subsection (1), the words “or any other person”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Corporation” in subsection (1)(a), the words “or such other person”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “Schedule” wherever it appears and substituting in each case the words “First Schedule”.
