Clause 6

Section 30 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Where a member of the Scheme is required to pay a premium to the Home Protection Fund under section 25B, the Housing Authority or approved mortgagee, as the case may be, shall send a written notice thereof to the Board within 14 days from the date the premium is payable by the member of the Scheme.”.
