Amendment of section 88
Section 88 (1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “outstanding” at the end of paragraph (c), the words “, and the provisions of this Act relating to the collection and recovery of tax shall apply to the collection and recovery of such additional penalty”.
