Clause 4

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “therefrom” in subsection (1)(j), the words “, except that any withdrawal from an approved fund other than the Central Provident Fund would have been authorised under the Central Provident Fund Act or any regulations made thereunder if it had been a withdrawal from the Central Provident Fund”.
