Repeal and re-enactment of section 22

Section 22 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Number of Members to be returned for each electoral division and group representation constituency22.—

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), each electoral division shall return one Member to serve in Parliament.(2) Each group representation constituency shall return 3 Members to serve in Parliament.”.
