Clause 5
Repeal
(1)
The Public Service (Variation of 1984 Annual Wage Increases) Act (Cap. 259A) is repealed.
(2)
Any order or notification made under the repealed Public Service (Variation of 1984 Annual Wage Increases) Act shall continue in force until it is revoked or replaced by any order or notification made under this Act.
