Amendment of section 85

Section 85 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$1,000” in the last line of subsection (1) and substituting “$10,000”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “expenses” in subsection (2), the words “determined under subsection (1)”.
