Clause 19

Proper accounts to be kept

The Senate shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept with respect to —

(a)

all sums of moneys received and expended by the Academy and the matters in respect of which the receipt and expenditure takes place; and

(b)

all property acquired by the Academy.
