Clause 6
President and Vice-Presidents
(1)
The Chief Justice shall be the President of the Academy.
(2)
The Senate may appoint from amongst their members such number of Vice-Presidents of the Academy as they may think fit.
(3)
The President may delegate his duties to any of the Vice-Presidents.
(4)
The President or in his absence any of the Vice-Presidents shall preside at all meetings of the Senate.
